Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy

RETURNS

We are confident that you will be delighted with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, or you order is faulty you must report it immediately and return it for an exchange or refund within 7 days of receiving your purchase. Return the item un-used in its original condition and packaging by registered post to our address, with the reason for the refund or exchange. Only at Shangri-La Beads’ discretion would special orders be accepted for returns and refund. 

IMPORTANT: When returning your item, you are responsible for insuring the package for the full purchase price. We recommend that you return your item by Royal Mail Special Delivery, which includes insurance. Please retain your receipt, as this will be needed as proof of postage. The receipt must include the tracking number.

For hygiene reasons we cannot exchange or refund earrings, unless they are defective or faulty. Items engraved or soldered cannot be refunded unless they are defective or faulty.

When returning: pack item (s) securely in the parcel, including a copy of purchase

CANCELLATIONS & EXCHANGES

If you need to cancel your order, or for any other enquires, please contact customer service on 0845 5191861 (Mon-Fri 09:30 till 17:30). If there are any problems with your refund, a member of our customer care team will contact you.

How to refund/exchange item (s) 

RETURN BY POST

What you need to do:

1. Contact customer services on 0845 519 1861

2. Place the items into their original presentation boxes and make sure the parcel is sealed securely. You should also place a copy of the receipt with your order into the parcel. Please note that pierced jewellery must be returned in its original sealed packaging.

 

RETURN OF ONLINE PURCHASES BY POST

1. Advise customer service of your intended return, please contact support@shangrilabeads.com

2. For exchanges, place item (s) in their original presentation boxes.

3. For hygiene reasons we cannot exchange or refund earrings, unless they are defective or faulty.

Refunds are only valid 72 hours after receiving the items.

Refunds are issued back in the same way they were received (i.e. pay by credit card, money goes back to same credit card or paypal)

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
